When will I get my order?

Your orders shall be shipped out from our warehouse located at: Asia and China factory.

Please kindly note your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping to your address that you provide to us. We shall commit about delivery time to you as table below:Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • North America region (excluded Mexico): 21-25 days

  • Europe & UK: 21-25 days

  • Australia, New Zealand, and other regions: 21-28 days

Can I add or remove products from my order?
